![]() Registered Member #163 Joined: Sun Mar 16 2008, 01:35AMPosts: 13 | from an empty rack create the following devices in this order. mixer 14:2, NN-19, Mclass compressor, redrum, spider audio splitter/merger on the nn19 load the patch orchstrpad from the factory soundbank - nn19 - strings program a chord sequence into nn19s track on the sequencer load a kick drum into redrum ch1 and program hits on 1,5,9 and 13 press tab to see back and wire a cable from redrum ch1 to spider splitters input. spider splitter output 1 to mixer channel 14 and splitter output 2 to mclass sidechain input. on the compressor set threshold to -36db, ratio: infinite:1, attack: 1ms, release: 250ms. press play and the chord seq should duck everytime the kick hits, pressing mute on redrum ch1 stops the sidechaining. this gives the kick some room to breathe, try it on basslines. hope this helps | ||
